Definition
Learning
is the change in a person's knowledge or behavior through the acquisition of (learning) experiences.
Development
is a much broader concept than pure learning. It is more about changing attitudes. It encompasses all learning experiences and aims to prepare people for future tasks while enhancing performance in the current workplace.
Change Management
goes beyond the individual level and thus extends the idea of development to larger parts of the organization. Change management then refers to the planned management of change processes from an initial state to a desired target state.
